What to do:
In the case of dust, mites, or other household allergies, this will also
be year-round symptoms as exposure is constant or close to that. Plastic
pillow covers, frequent vacuuming with HEPA filter vacuum and treating
subject with acupuncture as well as internal regimen to balance body
(immune system, endocrine system and digestive system).
Eat a variety of whole, natural foods, preferably locally grown and
in-season.
Avoid sugar, caffeine, msg., artificial ingredients (sweeteners, colors,
flavors), Preservatives, coffee, *dairy, excessive alcohol consumption
Do a fall/spring cleanse/detox (consult a healthcare practitioner)
20+ minutes of exercise per day (walk, swim, bike, aerobics, etc.)
Get on appropriate tonic regimen (herbs/supplements/diet—consult
practitioner)
Where foods are involved, a bowel cleanse, followed by an elimination
diet (or one of the allergy-elimination techniques involving
manipulation and acupuncture, may be implemented). Consult a
practitioner.
Remove all known triggers.
Take 1-3g Vit. C/day, high doses of B-complex, and digestive enzymes
with meals.
